By accessing and using PromptOptimaAI (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
PromptOptimaAI provides a tool for optimizing and refining AI prompts using advanced models. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Privacy Policy & Data Usage
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy practices. We store prompt history locally on your device via IndexedDB (Dexie). We do not transmit this personal data to remote servers beyond the necessity of utilizing third-party AI APIs (such as OpenRouter) for prompt refinement. Please be mindful not to input sensitive or personally identifiable information into the prompt optimizer.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall PromptOptimaAI, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
